If you’re thinking of relocating or setting up a new business, recent research from accountants UHY Hacker Young indicates that proximity to London, relatively low rents and an increasing number of start-up businesses has put Staines in the spotlight as THE place to be. Staines has shown the biggest increase in new businesses per 10,000 population in 2013 ahead of London and Sleaford, Lincolnshire with a figure that is more than three times the UK average.
