Seeleys estate breaks through £1m barrier

For the first time a house on the 1960s Seeleys development on the edge of the new town in Beaconsfield has exceeded the £1m mark. John Day, agent from The Frost Partnership’s Beaconsfield office negotiated the seven figure deal to achieve the record price for the vendor.

John himself moved onto Seeleys in the late 80s, and is a big fan of the development. It’s convenient for the shops and station; the Beaconsfield area has a number of excellent schools at both primary and secondary level as well as superb local amenities. Properties on Seeleys offer practicality, space and great potential for remodelling/enlargement (subject to the necessary consents). Built on former orchards with open front gardens, the 60s properties are really coming into their own and the development has matured over the years into an attractive, highly sought after residential area, just a few hundred yards from Beaconsfield’s vibrant new town.
