The Frost Partnership has been independently identified as one of the top estate agents in the country and now features in The Best Estate Agent Guide. The guide lists the top estate agency branches in the UK and was compiled by the Property Academy – an organisation set up to improve business performance and service standards in the property industry – with the support of Rightmove, currently the UK’s leading property portal.
There are approximately 15,000 estate agents in the country and The Frost Partnership was a Finalist in its size-band and region, putting it in the top 4% of estate agents in the country.
Over 3 billion data points were analysed by Rightmove, looking at factors including marketing, property views, enquiries and performance to ascertain the best performing agents. In addition, the Property Academy carried out 50,000 mystery shops to assess customer service levels. This is the biggest assessment of the sector ever conducted and The Frost Partnership is thrilled to have been recognised following such a rigorous examination.
Peter Knight, founder of the Property Academy, commented: “We set out to provide the home mover with a reliable resource to help identify the best estate agent in each area, whether someone is looking to sell or let a property. Only the best branches make it into the Best Estate Agent Guide and only the top 5% of estate agency brands have been recognised with an award.” The Property Academy carries out one of the largest surveys of home movers and each year has responses from over 15,000 home sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants. The survey identifies what home movers feel are the most important aspects of an estate agent’s service. This insight is used to establish the criteria for the Best Estate Agent Guide - in other words, agents that are listed in the Best Estate Agent Guide have demonstrated that they deliver a performance and service that home movers truly value.
The Best Estate Agent Guide is supported by Rightmove, currently the largest property portal in the country, which means that the assessment includes over 90% of all estate agency branches in the country.
