The Frost Partnership has once again been independently assessed as being one of the top 3% estate agents in the country and features in The Best Estate Agent Guide 2020. The guide, compiled by the Property Academy (set up to improve business and service standards in the property industry), lists the top estate agency branches in the UK supported by data from Rightmove. Approximately 15,000 estate agents were assessed and The Frost Partnership was a Finalist in its size-band and region, putting it in the top 3% of agents nationwide.
Over 3 billion data points were analysed, including factors such as quality of marketing, property views, how quickly an agent sells or rents properties (time on market), how many sales go through to completion and how well-priced the properties are in order to identify the best performing agents.
In addition, the Property Academy carried out 20,000 mystery shops to assess customer service levels around 4 key areas:
• professionalism & courtesy
• listening & understanding
• knowledge & information about the property and location
• responsiveness to customers
The Frost Partnership is delighted to have been recognized with awards for both Sales and Lettings following such rigorous assessment. Only the best branches make it into the Best Estate Agent Guide and only the top 3% of estate agency brands have been recognised with an award.
