Accounts Department Supervisor/Manager required based in Beaconsfield.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Department Supervisor/Manager to join our team in Beaconsfield, Monday – Friday 9am-5.30pm. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounts department and managing one part-time staff member. The role includes handling the financial operations for 8 companies, performing regular bank reconciliations, generating financial reports as required, coding and inputting invoices onto computer and payroll processing using ADP iHCM. Proven experience in a similar role in an accounts department is required as is proficiency in Sage 50 Cloud. Familiarity with Xero Accounting would be advantageous. Candidates must show strong organizational and time management skills, accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Lettings Negotiator required for our Windsor office
Reporting to the Lettings Manager the successful applicant will primarily be handling customer enquiries, viewings, negotiations with landlords and tenants, deal progression and move-ins. Working 9.00-6.00pm, Monday to Friday and one in three Saturdays 9-4pm, the role is office based with regular external appointments.
