Property Manager required for our Burnham Property Management Department

Full time Property Manager required 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday within busy admin office in Burnham. To start asap, candidates must have minimum 12 months experience of managing residential portfolio of minimum 100 properties. The role will include managing compliance, maintenance, one day a week out of the office conducting property visits, deposit disputes/releases. Excellent customer service, attention to detail, administration skills and organisational ability are a must. Good communication skills and teamwork are also essential. A competitive salary will be offered to the successful candidate.

Senior Lettings Negotiator required

We are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to work across a range of our offices. The position is full time and will be office based (i.e. not working from home). The successful candidate will have a good level of lettings experience, including carrying out valuations. Knowing the lettings process from viewing to move in, is also a requirement. Ideally you will be ARLA qualified. You will need to demonstrate a proven track record of success in obtaining new instructions, and exceeding goals and targets. You must have an excellent work ethic, be a strong negotiator, enthusiastic, and able to work under your own initiative. The ability to communicate with people at all levels is also required.

Vacancy for a qualified Chartered Surveyor

Vacancy for a qualified Chartered Surveyor, MRICS or FRICS, to join our existing team of surveyors to undertake mortgage valuations and RICS Homebuyer reports and building surveys, together with some other general work. Experience of party wall matters would be useful. Surveyor can be home or office based in Beaconsfield.
