Lettings Negotiator required for our Windsor office

Reporting to the Lettings Manager the successful applicant will primarily be handling customer enquiries, viewings, negotiations with landlords and tenants, deal progression and move-ins. Working 9.00-6.00pm, Monday to Friday and one in three Saturdays 9-4pm, the role is office based with regular external appointments. Applicants should have excellent communication, IT and numerical skills, a commitment to customer service excellence and the drive to exceed company and personal goals. Applicants should have minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience and will need to have own car.

Property Manager required for our Burnham Property Management Department

Full time Property Manager required 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday within busy admin office in Burnham. To start asap, candidates must have minimum 12 months experience of managing residential portfolio of minimum 100 properties. The role will include managing compliance, maintenance, one day a week out of the office conducting property visits, deposit disputes/releases. Excellent customer service, attention to detail, administration skills and organisational ability are a must. Good communication skills and teamwork are also essential. Lettings Manager required for our Burnham office

We currently have a vacancy for a Lettings Manager at our busy Burnham office. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years estate agency experience, which will include managing and running a branch. Ideally you will be ARLA qualified.

You will need to demonstrate a proven track record of success in obtaining new instructions, exceeding goals and targets and generating new business. You must have an excellent work ethic, be a strong negotiator, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work under your own initiative. The ability to communicate with people at all levels is another key character trait required.

Saturday Assistant required for Burnham office

Saturday Assistant required to work on Saturdays from 9.00am until 4:00pm in our Burnham office. Good communication and computer skills together with a knowledge of the local area is required. Senior Lettings Negotiator required

We are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to work across a range of our offices. The position is full time and will be office based (i.e. not working from home). The successful candidate will have a good level of lettings experience, including carrying out valuations. Knowing the lettings process from viewing to move in, is also a requirement.
